Appointment etiquette:

Please be on time to your service appointment. Guests later than 10 minutes may be asked to reschedule and can be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please arrive solo. I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they’re receiving a service.

Please arrive with clean dry hair to any color appointments. Excess oil or hair products can have a negative impact on coloring results.
